What is Tuesday?
Tuesday is a social MLS app that turns your local MLS into a scrollable social feed. You
can follow cities or zip codes. You can follow other agents, or your office. You can like
and comment on listings. It’s like if Instagram and the MLS had a baby. It's a new way
to MLS.
Why is it called Tuesday?
Tuesday is named after the meetings brokers often hold on Tuesday mornings. Agents
often work the weekends; many brokers don’t hold meetings on Mondays. This is where
agents get caught up with each other, tell stories, talk about the listings, and hear from
their broker and other vendors. We want Tuesday to be the online place for agents to
collaborate.
Does Tuesday replace my MLS?
No. Tuesday is a supplement to your current MLS system. You still need your MLS
system to do complex searches, add/edit listings, CMAs, etc. Tuesday is the fastest way
for you to keep track of the cities and areas and agents you care about.
How am I supposed to use Tuesday?
When you install Tuesday it will ask you to follow the areas, cities, zip codes and agents
you want. Then it will update the feed with any changes related to what and who you
follow. Just like you check Instagram, you can get updated on the latest changes to
listings you care about. We want Tuesday to be the first thing you reach for in the
morning.
How can I get Tuesday for my MLS?
If Tuesday is not available with your MLS just email us at hello@ontuesday.com with
your request.
How do I invite other agents in my MLS to join?
Send them the link to the App Store
(https://apps.apple.com/us/app/tuesday-a-new-way-to-mls/id6499072102) or tell them to
search “Tuesday MLS” - they can sign in with their phone number and go from there.
How often is Tuesday data updated?
Tuesday is continually updating live from your MLS.
Can I share Tuesday with my clients?
For now, no. Tuesday is exclusively for real estate agents. We’ll have more to say about
how you can use Tuesday with your clients soon.
How can I share listings on Tuesday with other agents?
Just hit the share button from any listing, and send them the link through text or email.
They’ll have to have the app installed to view it.
What happens when I follow another agent? Are they notified?
Yes. Just like other social apps, you will be notified when someone is following you.
Where can I get support? How do I contact Tuesday?
Email support is available at support@onTuesday.com. Get in touch anytime with
thoughts, bugs, or feedback on the app.
Why can’t I update my email and phone number in the app?
Tuesday uses the contact information you have on your MLS system. If you need to
update your phone number of email address you need to do it on the MLS. Tuesday will
then sync with the updated information.
What if I don’t want comments on my listings?
The listing agent is in full control of their listings. They can turn off the ability for agents to
add comments.
Can I search listings on Tuesday?
Tuesday was designed to be a way to follow only the listings you care about. We will
have more to say about Search very soon.
Can I search for agents on Tuesday?
Yes. In fact everyone who is a member of the MLS is already on Tuesday. When you
view their profile, you can see their contact information and their transaction history.
Where can I add my photo or bio?
On the bottom right of the screen click the circle with your initials - that’s your profile. Hit
the button to edit your profile and you can make changes there.
How do I follow an agent?
Just hit the follow button on their profile.
Where are these descriptions coming from?
We use AI to generate a brief description of the property based on the agent remarks. If
you see a star icon before the listing caption, you’ll know it was AI generated.
Can I block other agents?
No. Just like the MLS, you can’t block other agents from seeing your listings.
There’s a mistake on my profile - how do I fix it?
Since Tuesday uses the MLS system as its source of truth, you must update your
personal information on the MLS. Then Tuesday will sync with the latest information.
